In a pinch, you may substitute plain raw (not roasted) almonds as needed.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted almonds
- 6 cups filtered water
- 1/8-1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract optional
Instructions

Soak sprouted almonds in filtered water and sea salt overnight. This is necessary to soften them enough to make a paste.

Drain off the soaking water and process almonds in a food processor until smooth.

In a half-gallon mason jar, mix the almond paste with the remaining ingredients and enough filtered water to fill the jug to 1 inch below the rim.

Stir and refrigerate with a secure lid until chilled.
