I really enjoyed talking with “Mr. Nutrition” David Gaule last week on his show “What About Nutrition” which airs each weekend on 100.7FM in St. Louis, Missouri.
The radio station sent me the audios of the interview, so I was able to create a podcast so that those of you who were busy when the show aired this past weekend can still listen in.
The 30-minute show consists of 2 – 12 minute segments. The commercials are removed in the podcasts below so the total interview time is 24 minutes.
In the interview, I talk quite a bit about my upcoming talks this weekend at the first Wise Traditions Regional Conference in St. Louis. I hope to meet many of you there for what promises to be a fun, educational, and delicious event.
* Remember, if you can only come for one of the two days, partial registrations are welcome!

I love your blog. I read it every week. I just graduated from Fontbonne University with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and I live in St. Louis and wish that I could go to the conference but unfortunately I have family obligations both days. As a future teacher in nutrition, how can I teach the students how to incorporate these health tips while not completely scaring them about how they’ve been living/eating?

Hi Sarah
I’m not sure how I first heard of Weston A Price Foundation , but like you, I am so grateful I came on to this information, never has anything felt so right. I only wish I had this information before I had my children, It took me two years after each baby to feel good again. I was a semi vegetarian, who loved coffee and carbohydrates, my blood sugar was very low and my adrenals were shot . I returned to my traditional home made Italian food and and thankfully started to feel better. Now after many years I am opening a small market in Michigan and plan to use the Weston A Price Shopping Guide to plan my inventory. I want to spread the word about whole foods and stop the confusion that’s out there. Since I started eating foods that are nutrient dense and prepared the traditional way I have never felt better, even my arthritis has subsided . Good job on all your videos they are easy to understand and inspirational . I hope to attend a Weston A Price conference when it’s a little closer to Michigan.

Come to Buffalo NY Regional Conference in September!!
Yes, I felt the same. When I discovered traditional eating, it was like DUH, of course! So intuitively obvious that this was the correct way to eat and to forget all the health info that changes daily it seems and the new magic nutrient fad stuff from conventional news outlets and even most doctor’s offices.

If I can’t go to the Conference, is there a way to order the various talks on CD or DVD afterwards? I would love to hear your talk and the one on fertility since I have my first child, and planning to have another one soon.

According to the help section it should be downloadable if you choose to make it that way – you have to choose it otherwise is isn’t downloadable.

@Patsy ok, now I’m ticked. When I signed up it said that downloads were available as a way to share the content that I uploaded.
