Delicious gluten free pizza crust with simple, whole food ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375 F/190 C.
Mix all gluten free pizza crust ingredients in a bowl with your hands until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Gather dough together with your hands and press into a ball.
Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth and then divide in half.
On lightly floured surface roll each half into about a 12 inch circle. Place on pizza pan (use unbleached parchment paper to cover if you only have aluminum bakeware). Turn up edges 1/2 inch and pinch.
Brush each 12" pizza with olive oil.
Bake gluten free flour pizza crusts for 10 minutes.
Remove the crusts from the oven and add desired toppings.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until the pizzas look done.
