Instructions

  1. Place the orange juice and drippings in a medium saucepan.

  2. Stir in the sea salt, herbs, and chopped garlic.

  3. Bring to a low boil and turn down the heat to medium.

  4. Reduce the sauce by half by simmering for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Remove the pot from the stove, scoop out the pieces of garlic with a slotted spoon, and let stand for 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in the raw honey and glaze the finished duck breasts if desired.

  7. Serve the remaining sauce at the table.
